Precision Control & Automation
The GLA GRO combines a precision needle valve, electric solenoid, integrated working-pressure gauge, and bubble counter into a compact regulator assembly designed specifically for planted aquarium CO2 use.
The needle valve provides fine adjustment of CO2 flow, while the solenoid allows injection to be automatically coordinated with the aquarium photoperiod using a timer or compatible controller. The integrated working-pressure gauge provides a clear visual reference for regulator output pressure, and the bubble counter provides a convenient repeatable reference when tuning the system.
Bubble rate should be treated as an aquarium-specific reference rather than a universal measurement of dissolved CO2. Actual CO2 requirements vary with aquarium volume, plant mass, lighting, circulation, diffusion efficiency, and surface agitation.
Refillable 5 lb Aluminum CO2 Cylinder
The GRO CO2 System includes a refillable 5 lb aluminum CO2 cylinder with a standard CGA-320 connection. The cylinder ships empty and must be filled by a local CO2 or compressed-gas supplier before use.
One- and two-cylinder package options are available. Select the cylinder quantity that best fits your installation and CO2 supply needs when ordering.
Important: CO2 cylinders ship empty.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the GRO CO2 System include everything I need?
The system includes the regulator, refillable CO2 cylinder, CO2-resistant tubing, and tank seal. You will also need a compatible diffuser, inline atomizer, or CO2 reactor to introduce CO2 into the aquarium. The included cylinder must be filled locally before use. For added protection against backflow, we recommend using a compatible inline check valve in your CO2 installation.

-
Super co2 system.
Super happy with my order. Very high quality and much better than co2art reglator. Im not sure why anybody likes that thing it was such expensive garbage. This kit though has one less pressure gauge and still out performs.
-
Totally stoked co2 system!
Big bargain for such a solid kit. Super pleased and came to buy another one with the new Gro manifold thats coming out(they sent me pics its rad!). The new Gro can feed 2 tanks at one time, pumped!
-
Superbly built system from GLA
I have some co2 systems from Amazon and one my dad gave me years ago but none of those were reliable from the start. I opted for GLA based on reputation and man this system is nice, the regulator is very well made and not some junk ass paper weight. Flow control is optimal and GLA nailed it, its perfect.

Works great
Installed it today, and is working like a charm

Nice quality and a bargain of a price when you compare.
I did a lot of looking around and even went to the local fish club meeting. Our club was surprisingly huge as it was my first time going, 198 people! Everybody spoke highly of GLA since they have been doing co for planted tanks since 2006. They were very helpful in getting me sorted out. My family aquarium looks so nice! It was easy to set up and its been a few months now. We have not had to touch it once. Thank you GLA!
-
We love this system from GLA.
We knew wwe wnated to go pressurized co2 for our new tank and after days of research we decided to go with GLA. We are so glad we did. Its exactly what America needs today. These folks have been at this a long time and they are tried and true for decades. From what I understand they invented a lot of what you see developed today. Impressed by the customer service we took the plunge and our tank could not be so lush without the help from the co2 system and GLA's guidance. And guys, they have this neat text service I made my wife use lol. What a treasure, GLA. Worth every penny and more.
-

Co2 system at its finest.
Pleasantly surprised on its quality and ease of installation. Using this on my new Waterbox system and it’s just beautiful.
-
Love the product, but don't need it. I've tried multiple times to contact customer service, with no response. All I want is an RA# to return the unopened, unused items.
I wish GLA would respond to my text and email requests.

GLA GRO AQUARIUM CO2 SYSTEM
Packaged very well and simple set up, once I had CO2 I was able to set it up very quickly! Love it.
-
Worth every cent and then some.
Im not novice to co2 systems as this would be my 3rd go at high tech. Ive used a systems in the past and using them was a pain in the ass. I was always fooling with the system to get my bubble count steady, almost daily. It got so bad I had quit the hobby for a few months. Back in a new house and fresh new aquascape, introduced the GLA Gro system and I was completely amazed how effortless and easy it was. Ive not touched the bubble count in months! This system is steady as a rock and extremely well made. GLA support is second to none.
-
Worth every penny, we love it!
Our classrooms first co2 system and it went off without a hitch. We love how easy it was to get going and wathcing the response from the plants! Thank you to the team at GLA for all the support and quality made co2 system. :)
-
Love GLA Co2 systems.
Our 2nd full system from GLA. Our first one is still going after 7 years on our Angel tank. This system from GLA is a testament to GLA quality. A full US made co2 cylinder with a superb co2 regulator.
-
Easy Set Up, but tank is older
This was really easy to set up for my first co2 system! The only issue I found was that the tank was almost a year old at the point I received it. The folks who filled it for me said it was manufactured 10/22 and I received it 8/23. Thankfully it's not expensive to get it hydro tested in four years!
-
GLA is my go to from now on!
Superb system, all you need is a diffuser. GLA was very helpful at getting my needs taken care of. Everything is of premium quality. Lots of US made parts and lots of good hands on with the foils at GLA. We could not be3 happier with the performance of this system.
