Each connected aquarium can have different CO2 requirements. The precision needle valve on each splitter outlet allows CO2 flow to be adjusted separately rather than requiring every aquarium to receive the same amount of gas.

Bubble rate and CO2 flow should be tuned individually for each aquarium based on factors such as plant mass, lighting, circulation, diffusion efficiency, surface agitation, and overall CO2 demand.

Backflow Protection: For added protection against aquarium water backflow, we recommend using a compatible inline check valve in each CO2 line as appropriate for your installation.
