Description
- Attach water changer inline to outflow filter hose of your canister filter by cutting the outflow hose and connecting the two cut ends of the hose to the water changer
- connect extra length of filter hose to the bottom of the water changer 'T' to function as waste water discharge hose
- open the valve of the water changer when needed to conveniently change aquarium water
- select sizes: 16/22mm or 12/16mm

Cool device
Its quite cool and was impressed when I started using it. You will need a length of tubing to come off the T section. That hose barb is smaller at 12mm or 1/2" tubing at any hardware store. I use a 25 foot length to drain in my front yard. Whats really cool about this simple device is the filter can remain running so long the inlet pipe does not suck in air. So, what I did was add water to the tank at the same rate it was coming out. Im able to perform 100-200% water changes at anytime! This thing has completely changed the health of my tank. I change water more often because its just so easy. I can change water in minutes and not spill a drop!

I like this because I can perform super fast water changes without disrupting my filter. I use this even on days when I’m bored just to watch it all in action lol.

Loving this new water change device.
I plumbed this into my new GLA co2 reactor and today performed my second water change with this. I hook up a 20 foot length of PVC hose from Lowes and drain the tank while its filling. Not only that but my filter system never has to be turned off!
