What is the benefit of dual-stage regulation?

Can this run multiple aquariums?
Yes. The PRO-DS system uses a modular manifold design that allows you to expand CO2 distribution to multiple aquariums.
Each “block” on the manifold represents one independently controlled CO2 output. When selecting your configuration above, simply choose the number of blocks based on how many aquariums you plan to run.
- 1 block = 1 aquarium
- 2 blocks = 2 aquariums
- 3 blocks = 3 aquariums, and so on
For example, if you are running three planted tanks, you would select a 3-block manifold. Additional blocks can be added later if your setup expands.
Does the CO2 tank come filled?
No. The cylinder ships empty and must be filled at a local supplier.
Is this suitable for beginners?

Limited Lifetime Warranty: The GLA PRO-DS CO2 Regulator included in this system is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only when the product is used in accordance with Green Leaf Aquariums, LLC (GLA) guidelines and standard operating practices.
This warranty does not guarantee product performance for the lifetime of the purchaser. Product lifespan may vary based on usage, installation, and operating conditions.
- Coverage applies only to manufacturing defects under normal use
- GLA reserves the right to repair, replace, or issue store credit at its discretion
- If a product is discontinued, a comparable replacement or credit may be provided based on product condition and age
Warranty Exclusions:
- Improper installation, misuse, neglect, or damage
- Modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs
- Use of improper tools or excessive force
- Normal wear and cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
Important: A wrench should only be used to secure the regulator to the CO2 cylinder. Damage resulting from improper use of tools or incorrect installation methods is not covered under this warranty.
GLA is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or use. However, repair services and support may be available for a fee.
CO2 cylinders, tubing, and other consumable or accessory items included with this system are not covered under the regulator warranty unless otherwise specified.
Proof of purchase may be required for all warranty claims.

I have had this system now for about 7 months. Its been flawless since day one. If your looking for a co2 system from a company who designed and built the modular manifold, look no further. Nobody else can claim this prize but GLA. You get expert tech support from the actual designers of the modular manifold system. You have a support system just a click away at your finger tips. They are located in north Florida and not overseas. You will be hard-pressed to find a company like GLA who does the work and support like they do. I used the instructions that came with the system to install the kit but you can also look at the links they provide. In all its quite simple. Even my wife loves the co2 system and has no idea whats going on lol. The quality of the build is superb. I would advise on keeping it clean in orderfor it to stay so damn pretty. I wish the rest of my equipment looked this nice. I know I will be one of the first to buy the new canister filter they are coming out with. Facts!

GLA Pro-DS-1 Dual Stage CO2 System
I had a paintball tank with an “Amazon special” regulator. Switched to this system and all I can say is…”Why in the world did I wait so long?! I was reluctant a bit because of the price but I figured if the quality is there then I can accept a higher price. THE QUALITY IS THERE! I purchased the regulator, tubing (very nice that came with it), check valve, 5 lb tank, 70mm Atomic Diffuser with built in check valve, brass Permaseal (which I can’t recommend enough) and they threw in the GLA Substrate Fertilizer Caps. Zero issues hooking everything up and getting regulated. If you’re on the fence…get off! This is the REAL DEAL!

The best co2 system on the market.
Seriously, your not going to find a better more high quality co2 system anywhere. You get what you pay for and Green Leaf Aquariums co2 systems are by far the pinnacle in the industry. This is my 4th system after my previose kits from Amazon all failed with tragic endings for my fish. With Green Leaf Aquariums co2 systems you are getting the absolute best in the industry. They have decades of service providing co2 systems so why bother buying cheap when you get US based customer service right at your finger tips. I love the way the co2 system came packed, and the bonus stickers! Quality outshines all my other trash and I even kept the packaging, not even sure why lol.

High quality and realiable
I am currently running two tanks with this system and I am very pleased. My established tanks has improved a lot and my new nano tank is growing some awesome Montecarlo also from GLA. Works as intended and it is very high quality.

The very best aquarium co2 system.
Previouse to my GLA system I was using competing brands thinking that saving a few dollars was the correct way, I was totally wrong. I wish I could post photos to this review so you can see the difference between a co2art regulator and a GLA regulator. Its a night and day difference. The design of the GLA is totally different, its much larger. I learned this is because GLA uses two large opposing internal diaphragms. This equates to an actual dual stage. Whereas the previous models did not incorporate this. This is why they are so cheap in design and cost. The functional aspect was of great relief. I was able to tune in my co2 bubble rate with ease. It stays put everyday and the only thing I do is top off my bubble counter water. Customer service has been tremendous. I actually have not required much help, but they did help with changing my tubing color. Working with a real US based company has been a real treat, thank you GLA.

The best co2 system in the aquarium hobby.
Keeping this short and sweet as Im not much for reviews but I feel GLA is worth the time. I contacted GLA to help with a unique installation where the client tank at 1,000g required stable reliable co2 delivery. After a few short emails to Robbie at GLA they had a map of exactly what I would need. Customer support was A+. Shipping as fast as anybody could expect. Packaging was outright amazing, they should give classes to the rest of the buffoons who dont know how to pack. Quality, the feeling alone will tell you rite away when you hold one of these in your hand. Its not a dinky aluminum can like toy like you see with the other makes. This is an absolute true dual stage, big long body with 2 real working internal diaphragms. Top quality on every level and out client is totally happy. That makes us happy, we will be using GLA co2 systems in all of our client installations. Thank you GLA-Team!

Worth every penny.
This is my 3rd regulator from GLA. Ive been a regular since they opened in 2006. I still use all the other models from the previous decade and they work like they did from the first day I installed them. GLA is a family owned company so you are working directly with the manufacturer. I love that they are located in the US and the service is speedy. Its been wonderful watching GLA bloom into something outstanding. You can not go wring with a GLA co2 system, they are the original when it comes to aquascaping vitals.
