What is the benefit of dual-stage regulation?

Can this run multiple aquariums?
Yes. The PRO-DS system uses a modular manifold design that allows you to expand CO2 distribution to multiple aquariums.
Each “block” on the manifold represents one independently controlled CO2 output. When selecting your configuration above, simply choose the number of blocks based on how many aquariums you plan to run.
- 1 block = 1 aquarium
- 2 blocks = 2 aquariums
- 3 blocks = 3 aquariums, and so on
For example, if you are running three planted tanks, you would select a 3-block manifold. Additional blocks can be added later if your setup expands.
Does the CO2 tank come filled?
No. The cylinder ships empty and must be filled at a local supplier.
Is this suitable for beginners?

Limited Lifetime Warranty: The GLA PRO-DS CO2 Regulator included in this system is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only when the product is used in accordance with Green Leaf Aquariums, LLC (GLA) guidelines and standard operating practices.
This warranty does not guarantee product performance for the lifetime of the purchaser. Product lifespan may vary based on usage, installation, and operating conditions.
- Coverage applies only to manufacturing defects under normal use
- GLA reserves the right to repair, replace, or issue store credit at its discretion
- If a product is discontinued, a comparable replacement or credit may be provided based on product condition and age
Warranty Exclusions:
- Improper installation, misuse, neglect, or damage
- Modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs
- Use of improper tools or excessive force
- Normal wear and cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
Important: A wrench should only be used to secure the regulator to the CO2 cylinder. Damage resulting from improper use of tools or incorrect installation methods is not covered under this warranty.
GLA is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or use. However, repair services and support may be available for a fee.
CO2 cylinders, tubing, and other consumable or accessory items included with this system are not covered under the regulator warranty unless otherwise specified.
Proof of purchase may be required for all warranty claims.

Outstanding build quality.
Really enjoying GLA's dual stage co2 system. I would rate it more stars if they had them available. Since replacing my old regulator things are much more stable and I no longer need to utilize a pH controller. I not use a simple Bluetooth timer to automate my co2. I can even control if from my phone in terms of turning it off or on if required. Ive been aquascaping for many years and used several co2 systems in the past. This GLA kit really stands out in many ways. The regulator is packaged like an egg. Setting up was a few minutes of bliss. I did start with a fresh new diffuser this time going with GLA's new stainless steel co2 reactor. I wish I could post pictures of GLA's co2 system and reactor in my cabinet. Its a sight of beauty. Your going to love your GLA system. You can tell they enjoy building them.

Invest wisely with GLA. Superior builds,better customer service and a staff that knows aquacspaing and co2 better than anybody. I find GLA co2 systems to be much better in durability and general performance. This is my second system from GLA and could not be more happy.

Everybody who recommended this system to me was right, its super nice. GLA is top tier of co2 systems no doubt about it. If your not sure just do what I did, email them and ask. Then when it arrives to your door you will instantly know. These aint toys! GLA is A++

GLA co2 systems are the best of the best.
3rd Gen owner here. I can attest to GLA quality co2 regulators. I have several systems in my space going on 13 years old. Recently I ordered this system and I was very excited to receive it. I was delivered promptly and everything was packed ever so neatly. You can tell GLA cares about every step. This system was very easy to install and everything is just buttery smooth in operation. I like to use mineral oil in my bubble counter so I never have to refill it. This system has been rock steady for 9 months so far and Im about to refill this cylinder any day now. The folks at GLA are top notch folks. I can only imagine the stuff they must deal with these days to bring us such excellent products to our hobby. This is the kit.
I looked high and low and did all my research for ridiculous amount of months. Come 2022 I ordered this system from GLA. I love the co2 regulator, and all the bits it comes with. The cylinder was very new and US made as is the co2 tubing they supply so I liked that even more. It’s been flawless and my tank is bringing me so much pleasure when I need it the most. Great products and service from GLA.

This is the best co2 regulator and service.
On an emergency I needed replacing my old co2 system. My co2art regulator chekc valve failed and flooded the regulator. I tried to clean it and purge it of water with no luck. They had no service option either so basically became trash. Super important factor GLA should advertise, you can service and rebuild a GLA regulator! First impressions, very high quality, you can feel it and visually see it. The finish is much nicer than co2art and the precision of the bubble rate is much more linear. The solenoid is very well made and the bolt design is much nicer and much more compact and finished. It also has a water tight chord grip leading to the LED. I should have went GLA from the start.

I echo what many here say, GLAS is the way to go. Ive tried all the competing brands and GLA is leaps and bounds in quality and flow rates. The needle valve is sooooo much nicer. I love it!

If your reading this review you’ve landed in the right place for your co2 system. I had inquired with GLA due to an urgent need for a co2 system because my current one was struggling. I was having to monitor the co2 daily and make constant adjustments. That’s only after 3 months and do use on a brand new regulator from Amazon. Needless to say, this system is exactly what your looking for in a complete co2?system. The team at GLA assembles,test and package your co2 system in house. This in itself is quite amazing with technical products like this. They provided very clear instructions along with top shelf packaging. You can really tell GLA has there stuff together and they love co2 systems. All the tools were inside the box along with links to videos to get going. I had plenty of experience fooling with my previous model so installing this system took me only 3 minutes. Everything was just so smooth, adjusting my bubble flow rate was effortless. The sad part, my ptsd from having to constantly fool with my last co2 system, I kept going back to check it. It was rock steady say in and day out. Thank you to everybody at GLA who saved my aquascape from disaster. By and far the best customer experience of my life. I’m a fan forever.
