Superb Skimmer pipe and comes with a stainless strainer!
GLA please update the photo! I think people would be thrilled ot know it comes with a built in stainless steel strainer. I have purchased 3 of these pipes and everytime it comes with a fitted stainless strainer. You can remove it, but I see no reason to do that. This makes is a terrific buy for what your getting. You dont ever see these pipes with stainless strainers, let alone trying to find one you can use that will fit the oversized glass skimmer portion. Your not! Awesome stuff GLA as always!

Best Out There
Going on my second set of glassware; first was from a competitor. Once I installed this intake, it was by far the best. I was no longer fussing with it and it kept the surface clear. The diameter of glassware is consistent so you no fluctuations or purging of water. It was pretty easy to get dialed in too. The intake-slit portion comes with removable shrimp mesh guard (stainless steel mesh screen) over it; for those with delicate livestock. I highly recommend!!

Immediate Difference
Been having trouble with a lot of surface scum from organics and Co2 build out of my inline atomizer. This cleared it up right away. Took a bit of time to get it dialed in using the pipe flow and my inline flow valves. My canister was taking in a lot of air as I had it 100% skimming the top. But wow, zero scum after a few minutes, traps any floating plants or food, and added a nice balanced surface agitation. Definitely recommend for any setup.
