Description

Common Name: Alternanthera Reineckii Rosanervig (GLA Tissue Culture)

Alternanthera Reineckii Rosanervig is a colorful stem plant with bright pink leaves and subtle light veins. The plant is compact in shape and the stalk does not develop as robustly as other Alternanthera. Alternanthera Rosanervig is a versatile plant that may be put in the back, middle, or front of the aquarium (with proper trimming). Alternanthera cultivars require similar conditions in terms of light and fertilizer, as well as CO2 addition, to achieve optimum growth and vibrant color development.

Make cautious modifications to the aquarium to avoid unstable tank conditions that can cause plant melting and decay. Stems can also be propagated by cutting and floating trimmings in the aquarium. Roots will grow and they may be re-planted. To propagate, you can cut off the terminal bud and plant clippings in the soil; because more side shoots are generated as a result of this, the mother plant becomes bushier.

Plant the stems in groups without planting them too tightly together for an improved foliage effect. Alternanthera Reineckii Rosanervig offers great coverage and provides sanctuary for aquarium life and can be trimmed to maintain your desired growth.

Super packed, plants settled quickly and was trimming in 3 weeks time.

    Alternanthera Reinecki Rosanvervig tissue culture

Was sent two, both cultures were very overgrown in the cups, the bottom 2/3's pale as ripe wheat. I planted the tissue cultures and it has almost entirely melted into nothing. I may have 6 tiny leaves, not sems that have survived. I'm truly disappointed.

    GLA Tissue Culture

All the products I received were in top shape 20 in total and they were the best pack of plants I’ve received from anyone!!!

    Gorgeous - must have

This plant is stunning. Bright pink mid-vein and a difficult to describe pink/green to bronze between the veins. Something about it almost says 'metallic' to me. The undersides of the leaves are a spectacular pink/violet. It's filling in nicely and seems to have a comfortably slow growth rate. Absolutely lovely!
