Orders placed that are shipped to Florida will be charged appropriate sales tax.
All in-stock Orders submitted Monday through Friday will be processed for shipment within approximately 48 hours. In-stock Orders submitted on Saturday and Sunday will be processed to ship the following Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Please note, orders will not be shipped on Holidays.
Orders placed containing back-ordered items will be processed in full when all items become available and in-stock. Orders containing back ordered items, will not be shipped in partial shipments.
Orders containing our custom CO2 Regulators and/or Complete CO2 Systems may take up 5 days to ship. All custom CO2 Regulators are hand-built, per order, then pressure and leak tested for up to 24 hours. CO2 regulators may take between 3 - 5 days to build and test prior to shipment.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS $50.00 AND OVER MAY REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON RECEIPT OF DELIVERY. IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE THE POSTAL CARRIER WILL LEAVE YOU FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS TO OBTAIN YOUR PACKAGE.
Green Leaf Aquariums will ship to addresses in the 50 U.S. States, including U.S. Military Installations and to Canada, the United Kingdom, and other International destinations. APO addresses must include the individual's military rank. If you are non-military at an APO address, then the package must be sent in care of military personnel. We can ship to International Destinations not listed above, upon special request. International customers, please contact us for a shipping quote and detailed order information. Please note that we cannot ship certain dry fertilizers outside of the U.S.
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout through our online shopping cart software. Charges are based on weight and dimensional weight of the package. The charges will be calculated and added to your total before checkout.
Please note, to our International Customers: A customs duty may be charged for shipments sent via UPS. A customs duty or brokerage fee is a tariff or tax on the import of goods. When products are sent to other countries, that country has a right to bill the end customer for duties, tariffs, and taxes on the goods. Sometimes these tariffs can be as much as 20-30%. Please contact us with any questions.
Scenario
Let's say that we send a customer a package declared as a $100 value on the customers form. The customs service of that country may make the customer pay the taxes before releasing the shipment.
If we have made an ERROR to your order please contact us at 1 (352) 371 - 1550 within 24 hours of item receipt so that we can make things right. No exceptions.
In the event of merchandise damaged in shipment, please contact us within 12 hours of order receipt. All merchandise, records, and packing materials must be retained for inspection and fulfillment of carrier insurance claims. No exceptions. Photos of damaged product are required for all damage claims. Damage claims apply to shipment damage only, improper use or improper installation of product is not covered.
To EXCHANGE an item(s) please contact us at 1 (352) 371 - 1550 within seven (7) days of the item(s) receipt date. We will process your new order and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number for the returned item. We will then ship the new items to you. Please carefully follow the RETURN instructions below to ship us the returned item. Upon receipt of your return item(s), we will process your return/refund, excluding shipping charges.
No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization by Green Leaf Aquariums, LLC.
To return an item(s) please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number. The Return Authorization (RA) number must be issued within seven (7) days of the item(s) receipt date, and the item(s) must be shipped to our address within five (5) days after the RA number is issued. No exceptions.
The Return Authorization number must be noted clearly on the outside of the return shipment.
All returns must include a legible copy of the original invoice or receipt.
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping the item(s) to us. The customer is responsible for the package until it reaches our facility; please insure all return shipments with the carrier, including shipment containing defective items. We are not responsible for return items damaged during return shipment. Please package item(s) carefully to avoid damage during return shipment.
All items must be returned in brand new condition with all original packaging and components.
"Authorization" for return is for inspection purposes only. It is the sole discretion of Green Leaf Aquariums, LLC as to whether or not a refund will be issued. Approved returns will be credited to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable. For item purchases that included free shipping, the cost of shipping will be approximated at 10% of the retail price of the merchandise, and will be deducted from the refund.
Non-refundable/returnable items include: Used, altered, special order, sale, and/or clearance items. All Driftwood, Glass Aquariums, LED Lighting, CO2 Regulators, CO2 Systems and system components, and/or Hardwood Aquarium Cabinets. Original purchase shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a product, that is not covered under a long term Warranty, is found to be defective, please contact us at 1 (352) 371 - 1550 WITHIN seven (7) days of item receipt to arrange for repair or exchange. Please follow the guidelines provided in our Return Policy to process the warranty claim return. After a Return Authorization (RA) number is issued to you, the defective item must be returned to us within five (5) days. Upon receipt, we will expedite the shipment of a new or repaired product to you, and we will cover the cost of shipping. We apologize for any inconveniences and will do everything we can to correct the problem in a timely manner.
Green Leaf Aquariums, LLC warrants the following product to be free from manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for the given time period, from the date of purchase, when used in strict compliance with Green Leaf Aquariums, LLC recommended usages, so long as any defect is discovered and reported within the warranty period and while the goods are under the ownership and control of the original purchaser. Green Leaf Aquariums, LLC does not assume any responsibilities or make any warranties with respect to items which are modified, altered, abused, misused, damaged, or serviced by unauthorized personnel. The warranty is Void if at any time a wrench is used on the regulator, for any purpose, other than to tighten the regulator to the CO2 cylinder.
