KH Standard / 4 dKH - 250 mL

KH Standard / 4 dKH (lab certified) can be combined with pH indicator (Bromothymol Blue) to create the correct solution for use in the drop checker to accurately measure CO2 levels in the aquarium. The 4 dKH needs to be combined with 2 - 4 drops of pH indicator in your drop checker until a strong transparent blue color is achieved.

• When using 4 dKH, a green color in the drop checker indicates a pH of approximately 6.6 and 30 ppm concentration of dissolved CO2.
